The 51st Annual Wells Street Art Festival, one of Chicago’s most beloved summer traditions, returns to the historic Old Town neighborhood on Saturday and Sunday, June 13–14, 2026.

Stretching from North Avenue to Division Street, the nationally recognized festival will showcase more than 125 juried artists from Chicago and across the country. Attendees can explore an eclectic mix of original works, including painting, sculpture, photography, ceramics, jewelry, glass, mixed media, and digital art.
Festival hours are Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The event takes place at 1400 N. Wells St., right in the heart of Old Town.
Whether you’re an art collector, casual browser, or just looking to soak in the city’s summer energy, the Wells Street Art Festival remains a cornerstone of Chicago’s cultural calendar.
