Expect heavy-hitters like Cabos Tacos, Beat Kitchen, Fernando’s Blue Agave, Prime Tacos, and Tuco & Blondie firing up the grills.

Two music stages crank the vibe from afternoon into the night, while Lucha Libre wrestlers throw down daily at 5 p.m., bringing Mexican wrestling’s chaos and charisma straight to the street. Families can dive into games and inflatables, while food fanatics text their votes for the “People’s Choice Best Taco.” Critics hand out their own golden crown on Saturday at 5 p.m.
