Love You Lab Brings a One-Day Wellness Festival to Wicker Park’s Den Theatre
A one-day self-care marketplace blends yoga, mental health, skincare and holistic healing in the heart of Chicago
On a brisk February Saturday, The Den Theatre will trade stage lights for salt lamps as the Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce debuts Love You Lab, a thoughtfully curated wellness marketplace designed to help Chicagoans pause, breathe and reset ahead of Valentine’s Day.
Taking place Saturday, Feb. 7 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Den Theatre (1331 N. Milwaukee Ave.), the inaugural event transforms one of Wicker Park’s most beloved creative spaces into a sanctuary of self-care, community and connection. The vibe leans welcoming rather than intimidating, built for both wellness newcomers and seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their routines.
Inside, more than 20 local vendors span the full wellness spectrum, from skincare and beauty to nutrition, fitness, mental health and holistic healing. Guests can flow through yoga and meditation sessions, sample mini wellness treatments, explore hands-on experiences and hear expert talks centered on mindfulness, self-love and emotional well-being. A self-care lounge, affirmation wall and creative wellness activities round out the experience, while healthy food and drinks keep the energy grounded and glowing.
Whether flying solo, gathering friends or turning the day into a shared Valentine’s outing, Love You Lab is less about perfection and more about presence, offering a warm, supportive space rooted in neighborhood spirit.
