Chef Won and Kimski built its reputation serving ground-breaking Korean-Polish food since 2016. After a five-month sabbatical, Won opened Kimski 2.0, cooking food he grew up eating that’s unabashedly Korean in influence and execution.

(Don’t worry, there will be three Korean-Polish Kimski favorites on the menu from the previous iteration)

Won spent his sabbatical creating the new menu for Kimski, collaborating with restaurants and executing pop-ups in Chicago and around the country, working on his art, DJ-ing, and building up his Sleeping Is For Suckers YouTube channel.
