Dusek's Brings Fresh Summer Menu Offerings
Award-winning local chef Ryan Pfeiffer is returning to the kitchen leading the culinary team at Dusek’s in Pilsen (all will be for 16 on Center). He is introducing two distinct dining experiences under one roof in Dusek’s Tavern and Dusek’s Dining Room.
The Dining Room is centered around the wood-fired oven and will showcase Chef Ryan and his team’s creativity with a rotating, curated menu focused on seasonality and fun. An experiential dining destination, we welcome you to have the full “Dinner and A Show” experience of a four-course menu followed up a show at Thalia Hall.
To accompany the homey vibe of the Tavern will be great Tavern fare that pairs well with the extensive cocktail and beer and wine list. Some sample items include Chef Ryan’s take on Dusek’s originals with mussel and rotating oysters, Smoked Trout Ceaser, Chef Ryan’s famous Smash burger, sandwiches and more entrees.
