The Chicago Pizza Summit, a cherished Windy City tradition, is making its long-awaited return on October 15th, marking the first gathering since 2019. Continuing the legacy of the previous four events, the Chicago Pizza Summit is set to pay homage to Chicago’s deep-rooted love for pizza in a manner that is unparalleled by any other festival.

This year, the Summit will unveil its new venue, The Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club, extending an open invitation to pizza enthusiasts of all ages to celebrate this iconic culinary delight. Chicago’s most renowned pizzerias and chefs will be dishing out their delectable creations, with options ranging from deep-dish to thin-crust. Some will offer slices, while others will present innovative takes on pizza-inspired cuisine.

Anticipate the return of familiar faces from past summits, as well as exciting newcomers joining this year’s lineup. Confirmed participants include Bacci, Connies, Dimo’s, Five Star, Home Run Inn, and Paper Plane, with more names soon to be announced. Additionally, the event will feature Caruso’s Giardiniera Station, a Kooshy Salad Bar, a surprise pop-up from a former Logan Square favorite, and an exclusive collaboration between Professor Pizza and Gino’s East making its debut.

Elevating the celebration of Chicago’s culinary scene, this year’s Summit has teamed up with World Business Chicago and 2112 to showcase the city’s emerging food and beverage startups and innovators. For those seeking exclusive merchandise, the Chicago Makers Market offers limited-edition items from Pizza Summit itself, as well as local brands like Chicago Pizza Tours, Jugrnaut, Professor Pizza, Ashland Leather, Soothsayer Hot Sauce, and more.

Hot-off-the-press tickets are available now. Adult tickets are priced at $65, while child tickets (for those under 21) are set at $50 (children aged 4 and under get in for free). The Chicago Pizza Summit offers two distinct sessions:

• 11 AM - 2 PM: Open to all ages
• 3 PM - 6 PM: Reserved for adults aged 21 and over

Each ticket not only grants you entry but also includes unlimited pizza tastings, five drink tokens, and a commemorative plate to forever cherish the cheesy memories.
