Paul Needham, CEO and Head of The Infatuation, enthused, “EEEEEATSCON has long been an iconic culinary and cultural event in Los Angeles and New York City. Bringing this festival to Chicago and celebrating its rich culinary landscape, which The Infatuation has closely covered for nearly a decade, promises to share the impact and excitement that define the EEEEEATSCON experience with a broader audience.”
EEEEEATSCON Chicago follows the triumph of EEEEEATSCON Los Angeles, held at Santa Monica’s Barker Hangar in May. Furthermore, EEEEEATSCON is set to return to New York City in the upcoming fall, with details about EEEEEATSCON New York to be unveiled in the coming months.
Conceived by The Infatuation, EEEEEATSCON Chicago marks the event’s maiden expansion to a new city since its debut in New York City during the Fall of 2018.
This event, which originally emerged in Los Angeles in 2017, offers more than the typical food festival experience of mere tastings and cooking demos. With live musical performances throughout the day and insightful panels featuring thought leaders and industry pioneers, EEEEEATSCON goes beyond food and entertainment, emphasizing community connection and inspiration. To date, this event has attracted tens of thousands of attendees and showcased numerous restaurants from across the United States and around the world.
