Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk Hotel will once again host Golden-Con: Thank You for Being a Fan, a convention that celebrates fans’ love for the iconic The Golden Girls television show.
That’s right, calling all lovers of The Golden Girls! Golden-Con: Thank You for Being a Fan is returning to Chicago for a three-day convention at Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk Hotel to celebrate the hit comedy series The Golden Girls. Get excited for live performances, dance parties, cast interviews, expert discussions, trivia and a vendor market.
Whether you purchase tickets for one day or for the whole weekend, there will be both new and repeat events happening each day. Come prepared to meet other zealous fans and have fun reminiscing on the show.
In addition to the festivities, CHI Bar, located inside Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk, will serve themed cocktails with $1 from each drink sold being donated to Center on Halsted. The drinks, listed below are all inspired from the show’s iconic quotes:
