Navy Strength Dark Rum Navy Strength Dark Rum is made from Louisiana First Boiled Sugarcane Molasses (cane juice boiled only once), and then married with charred oak barrels and caramelized molasses, imbuing the spirit with its signature color and rich, deep avor. A Double Gold Medal winner at the 2021 San Francisco World Wine & Spirits Competition and Best in Category (Rum) at the 2021 American Craft Spirits Association Awards. 114 proof/ 57 ABV.
Silver Rum Made from Louisiana First Boiled Sugarcane Molasses (cane juice boiled only once), our Silver Rum reveals a raw cane nose of caramel and tropical fruit, more common to an Agricole Style Rum. Silver Medal at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 82 proof/ 41 ABV.
Single Barrel Gold Rum Made from Louisiana First Boiled Sugarcane Molasses and barreled immediately after distillation. Un ltered. Aged at least 2 years in an American charred-oak whiskey barrel gives our rum its natural gold hue, a hint of vanilla, and complex notes of oak and whiskey. Rich, full bodied. Silver Medal at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 82 proof/ 41 ABV.
Coffee Liqueur (Rum Cut With Cold Brew Coffee) Made from Louisiana First Boiled Molasses. Cut with full strength Guatemalan cold brew coffee, a blend of three sugars, and a touch of Madagascar Vanilla Beans to create a luxurious liqueur. Bold, but not sweet the Star Union Spirits Rum Coffee Liqueur is reinventing Rum based craft spirits in small batches. 60 proof/30 ABV.
Six-Year Sherry Cask Reserve Rum Made from Louisiana First Boiled Sugarcane Molasses (cane juice boiled only once). Aged five years in a Whiskey Barrel and one year in a Sherry Cask. Rich, elegant and complex. A limited edition, only 660 bottles available. A Double Gold Medal at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 107 proof/30 ABV.
